Since 1985 I have been producing sound experiences, concerts and installations using multichannel sound systems. I presented weekly performances of octophonic soundworks at the Generator Sound Art Gallery located in the New Yorkís East Village and Chelsea between 1989-1991. My soundworks have also been heard at Experimental Intermedia Foundation, The Whitney Museum, The Kitchen, White Columns, The AC Project Room, Art in General, P.S. 1, The American Musuem of Natural History and The Museum of Contemporary Art. Generator Sound Art, Inc.

Andrea Beeman
Andrea Beeman, aka the Enchantress of Bioluminosity, has presented her unique, mesmerizing Middle Eastern dance at cabarets, clubs and cultural events in New York City and abroad. She has taught weekly Middle Eastern dance classes since 1993, and has performed as a soloist and company member with New York Performing Artist Company, Elena Lentiniís Caravanserai, Anahid Sofian & Dancers, Jehan Kamalís Ballet Exotiqa, and SaZ Dance Theatre.

Andrea has been making dance related films since 1987. Her films have been screened at the Grand Prix Video Danse, the Dance on Camera Festival, and Anthology Film Archives. Guedra (1991) and Bringing to Light (1992) were acquired by the Dance Collection at the New York Library for the Performing Arts. She also works with William Wegman as the producer of his videos for children.

Andrea holds a B.A. in Studio Art and Art History from Georgetown University, and a M.A. in Painting from New York University.
