Kacy Wiggins aka qpe

<qpe> or <quiet personal electronics> is the alter-ego of New York based musician Kacy Wiggins. After he abandoned his punk rock guitar past and stepped from behind the recording console, he began performing his brand of moody instrumental hip hop with a powerbook in the infamous Williamsburg warehouse parties. Quickly, he became a part of a scene that included his sometime performing lloop ( of Weô). His music has been described as intuitive, understated, and emotional contradicting many assumptions made about ëlaptopí electronic music. Currently, he is about to embark on a min-tour of France as part of the Transfert festival.
